  I went with a problem. They charged over $600 for battery which was perfectly fine. Tested by RACV two days before. But the problem not solved. They don't care. Don't want to listen anything. I am going to complaint to consumer affairs.

  What a refreshing experience! Both Johanna and her manager worked together to answer all of my questions. There was no pressure and I got a great deal. The test drive was not stressful and I've since picked up the car and have had outstanding service. The knowledge that this team had on caravans, hitches, towing and off-roading helped me in making the best decision on my caravan as well. The service department did a great job with the towbar, electric brakes and hot wires. They moved the 12 pin plug to an easier spot for me plug it in. I couldn't recommend them or the Grand Cherokee any higher. Thank you for helping me retire and get on the open road with safety and security. Regards Pat.
