  Over a week ago I sent an email asking how I can use my gift card when making a purchase online.
  As of today I have not received a reply.
  I finally received a reply, nearly 2 weeks later.
  
  Since then I have sent another email, regarding a different subject, and that was 2 weeks ago, and still no response as of today.
  I went in and used my gift voucher, and will never go back again.
  It's the worst customer service I have ever come across, and that is taking, Telstra and 1 of the big Banks into account.
