  I've been in this store on two occasions and both times I have been made to feel stupid.
  
  I was shopping for an ND filter and was told that they're not popular and no one sells them due to this. The comment itself is fine, (landscape photographers will disagree) but the way it was served to me was in such an impudent, condescending manner as though I didn't know what I was talking about. The second occasion I wanted to purchase a lens hood for a kit lens. I was once again greeted with nasty commenting! 'this is all you'll need for this *stares at lens like it's biggest waste of space in the world* (even if it is, we all start somewhere).
  
  I'm actually disappointed that I feel nervous going into this store because of how local it is. Please note, I've worked in retail and I find myself a very easy going person, but there's no way I would ever treat anybody with such disdain.
